Update

As an update, our team has identified that the following data sources were also impacted. Some of them are already showing signs of improvement and we will monitor throughout the day:

- Amazon Ads
- Marchex
- Reddit Ads
- Twilio
- Viant DSP (Adelphic)
- Smart Connector Email Delivery

Note that other data sources/vendors that rely on AWS infrastructure, such as the Amazon delivery types in Smart Connectors, may also be impacted.

Investigating

The major AWS outage this morning is impacting all our clients on our Big Data Package. We are currently investigating to see if other clients are impacted and will post updates as they become available.
